Poor customer service and customers information administration

Jet store has been good to me in the last few years especially when my son was just born 4yrs ago but recently I can write a whole page about how Jet's service has gone from bad to worse. I have the account with jet now just the other day in may I get an SMS saying that I bought at checkers scottburg while m no where near that town so I was asking myself questions if that's even possible that now jet clothing account card can buy at groceries shop and if that's possible then how they managed to do the purchase without the original card. Hey I phoned the froud department from jet I promise you they all the same very rude it's like u bordering them when want anything from them up to the point that I have asked to please let anyone with the power to close my account do so but no. Well I don't owe jet money I don't want their account anymore but still they can't even do that . Well think about how did ********s manage to do the buying on my account ? How safe is anyone information with Jet?
