Poor customer service and accountability

I went to jet van gate mall and had a query with the advertising.. it said Sale buy one and pick another for free. Not cheapest one just anyone and then when I got to the till the attendant and the manager had a nasty attitude saying I need to take it up with the advertisers not them even before I could complete my sentence they dismissed me.

This is really horrible service and so disrespectful.
