POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'd like to lodge a complaint with one of the employees at jet store palm springs mall named Zodwa, I came to the store to return a toddlers trouser that was damaged and I was then told damaged stock is sent where it was bought from and I have bought it from the same store, the lady looked at the trouser and told me I should go to jet orange farm (eyethu mall) cos it's a minor damage! U then went to eyethu mall the following day, when I got there I'm told no damage stock will be a loss for their shop I need to go back to Palm Springs Mall cos also they won't be able to help me as well, I was sent from Pillar to post just for the trouser that is damaged! This was uncalled for really... How much have I lost on transport???
