Poor customer service
I went to jet in phoenix plaza on the 9/12/18.very very poor customer service.waited in line for 20mintues even tho there was 5 staff at the till .been to het in plaza before n staff at tills r very unfriendly n rude like we forcing them to be there. On sunday lines were not moving at all staff taking their own time to cash despite see people lining up .decided to go to jet in cornubia for paying my account. Staff there were pleasent .greeted with a smile had a problem with till due to being offline manager assisted smiled greeted .cashier apologised for delayed .loved the customer service at jet cornubia
