poor customer service

about a month ago i bought clothes at Jet stores vangate mall , most of the tops was to small, last wednesday (14.03.2018) i took it back , i told them i dont want the money , they can either put the money back on the gift card i bought it from or give a jet store gift card. the lady Gabieba told me that only 1 item was found on the slip i told her its impossible cause that is the correct slip , on the slip it even showed the amount i had on the gift card and how much i paid via my bank card. Gabieba insisted i must have another slip, i told her she can check the tags amounts it is on the slip, she told me that they dont look at price. her supervisor Rose was just as dumb and stupid and arrogant as her. they refuse to help me and said there is nothing they can do. i then went to Jet Canal walk and guess what all the items i wanted to changed which was 8 was found on the exact slip, canal walk staff assisted me, and put the money back on the gift card. vangate mall staff is not helpful at all, they not customer friendly at all, i would not shopping there again
