Poor Customer Service

<p>It all started off when i wanted to try on formal shoes instore. I was on the way buying socks so to see how the shoes will fot with socks i used one of my sock that i was going to buy. Even before i put the shoes on this security lady came close and just stood there watching me like i was going to ***** the sock! That immediately upsetted me! Next when i get to till point the cashiers were sooo rude not greeting me providing no! Customer service! I work on board passanger ships! Its your duty in the retail industry providing superb customer service! And cherry on the cake the one of the workers behind the till held her phone in her hands and were chatting to the cashier who was helping me about some sort of house very disrespectful towards me!!!! If i had to rate this stores customer service training for the staff they would het nothing above 2 out of 10! Disgusting!!!</p>
