Poor Customer Care and bad attitude
Bought clothes for Mum December and turn to find out one of the dress jus fits like a top.I misplacedo the slip and the dress still has the tagame and the manager of Cartlon centre who was rude refused to change the dress for me.If Jet is refusing to change an item which is in good condition and having their tag,they should tell me where to change it?Should I go to Ackermans who will gladly change for with or without a slip at long the item it's from their shop.This unacceptable! !
