Poor bedding product

Purchased duvet inner with microfibers 2 months ago. On bed during winter last 2 months. Microfibers making ***** and lying at the sides of duvet. Duvet not washed or subjected to wetness. Simply a very poor product. Duvet bought with wedding gift voucher. Would really want money back or upgrade replacement. Queen size.
