Poor after sales service and Unprofessional

Poor after sales service and Unprofessional. We bought a phone at jet Mall @ lebo, now the button are not working but they do not wanna exchange it as the policy says within seven day the phone should be exchanged. The said we should wait while they calling Head Office and we have been waiting without any response. The manager does not even wanna listen to us she keeps on saying they will assist us. Attitude is very bad.

Unfortunate now the Head office is now dysfunctional maybe is due to new management hence they are taking advantage knowing very well that we can't report them anywhere.

It really frustrating to be taken for a ride for our hard earned cash.
