POCKETING CUSTOMERS MONEY - YOU *******

So today 8 jan I get a call from Jet asking me about my last payment. Due to their internal business they have changed systems. they can only pick up my last payment from July 2020!!! what is actual ****.???? that means they have not allocated any of my other payments since between July 2020 and Jan 2021?? what have they done with my money that I have paid every month????? **** you JET - I will not pay another cent until you get your ****ing asses in gear and sort out my account
