Pls assist me using my email address

I was ill treated by store managers on 19th and 20th January 2021.I bought a phone on the 18th that I was not advised with that doesn't have Google went back to store on 19th for help they couldn't use the phone themselves. I ask for another phone that has Google. The store managers refused said l must l just use the phone store policy doesnt take phone back unless they is technical error. I dnt want that P40lite anymore still in the box and it was a display at store the time l choose it.
