PLEASE PAY BACK MY REFUND

I was shopping for kids clothes at Jet Eastgate on 05 June 2022 and the cashier was a lady by the name of Khanyisile. The charge made a total of R649, 96 which I had paid after swiping my rewards card. Only then did another payment of R579, 96 reflect on their end because of the rewards card and the cashier advised that I make that discounted payment as the transaction would not complete and we could not get the receipt and that the first payment of (649,96) will automatically reverse back into the account... It has been over 2 weeks now and I haven't received my money back, she has been sending me from pillar to post when I contact her, I cannot reach the store because their phones just ring and no one answers. She is now ignoring my calls!!!! I AM DISAPPOINTED AT JET EASTGATE STORE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
