Please help with jet stores account

I am Zandile Mtshali Dlamini, would like to get help regarding my Jet stores accout which i have for long time now i feel lik they are ******** me because i have proof of payments of about 6 months and they are not showing in their system and they want me to pay coz they were moving to TFG and their system have a problem by the time of payment that is not my fault and they are threating me by handing over my account. I ve been fighting this issue from October 2020 till now thers no help and i dnt even get relevant person to talk to but i have to pay.
