Please help close jet account.

I paid off the Jet account twice and they still continuing to charge unknown service against my account. Which I have repeatedly asked them to close the account,every time I paid the closing balance. I have been struggling with the account for almost two years now. Desperately in need of your help. They are continuously committing *****.
