Please cancel the insurances/policies, I have never taken any policies with you

I have an account at JET and I normally don't use it but this year 2022 in August that's when I have questioned myself that it's been a long paying R250.00 monthly to the store and I don't know how much I owe. I went to the store on the 4th August 2022 and the lady from Jet Store Mams Mall checked on the system and found that there are more than 8 insurances/policies on my account. She called the Head Office and they promised to cancel everything and reversed paid the money. Jet is intimidating me and i had enough, they call me every day ,I have no peace and I wat the to pay my money back because I have never taken any policy with them. I once asked them the recording that they claim they have but they have never sent me the recording since August.
