Pick pocket in store and no help

On Saturday the 31st of October I was in the Jet store in East rand mall. While shopping for clothes for my daughter I realised I needed to make a phone call and went searchinf through my handbag for my cellphone. Only to realise that it had been ******. I approached the manager of the store who said to me without a care in the world \oh yes 3 other ladies phones and purses have also been ******"when I asked to look at the camera footage I was told that I am responsible for my own stuff the second I walk into the store and that her cameras arent working so she cant help me and that j need to be more careful next time. As someone who works in retail myself I find fhe service I received as utterly disgusting. My daughter was telling me what the woman looked like that stole my phone and did not get any assistance from staff or management. Was the mosf disgusting experience and I will never go back there. Tjat store is built for pick pockets to thrive in with minimal space. <br> I expect the store manager to take responsibility for these issues and how they are dealt with. """
