Phone keeps on switching off
I am very disappointed with Jet, I just bought Samsung galaxy grand neo two week ago at Jet store in Sandton.
It keeps on switching off, I have to open it remove the battery and put it back in for it to switch on again.
Yesterday alone it switches off 6 times. I love my phone but is really stressing me as I spend a lot of money on something that I thought I will enjoy using.
Now I am so frustrated, and very disappointment.
