Phone died after 4 weeks still nothing in 3 month

I bought a phone Huawei 560 cash for R1299 from Jet on the 20th October and died after 4 weeks ,returned the phone for repairs ,still waiting the store don't want to give a new phone ,Lizzy *** /*** ) from phones dept and the manager.no updates and following ups ,Im need my back .BAD SERVICE.
