PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING

Good evening My name is Phumla Mthembu I have a Jet account and last month on the 23-04-2020 i made a payment of R1500-00 via capitec app and when i received my monthly statement my last payment did not reflect and i tried to call customer services plenty of times no one could assist i was told to send an email with prove of payment and I did that no one has got back to me,and non of my emails were answered.
