PAYMENT NOT ALLOCATED TO CREDIT SCORE

I was handed over as my small balance increased with fees to MBD i have paid eft and those payments not allocated on credit score, I then paid in full and still not allocated or even received my paid up letter. When they want the money they want full NOW, when we PAY we do not get any assistance.
