Payment made not reflecting on my account

I am disgusted by the service i have received from Jet Stores now taken over by the RCS Group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made an eft on the 24/08/2020 and phoned numerous times to let them know. Also i have sent one email after the other with no response. What is so difficult why dont you allocate the amount i paid to my account??? I decides to close this account once paid in full.
