Paying for something I don't use

I have been paying my account on time - They are charging for something I DON'T USE for plus minus 4 years after I asked them to cancel everything extra on my account (this was at Forest Hill) except for the purchases I make. I like to shop at JET. HOWEVER, I want a refund on the R19.99 they charge me every month for NOTHING (JET SAVE/MUSIC/SIM (SMS) CLUB) emmediately.
