PAYING FOR SOMEONES AIRTIME

According to the store clerk I paid of my account probably a year ago,since then my number have changed and the number I used was recycled therefore my jet account is still linked to my old number. Airtime was purchased on this account and no confirmation was send to me and according to me my account was payed of and can no longer be purchased on. I have send countless emails resolve the matter but to no success I will probably soon be handed over due to a mistake on your account.<br> Please resolve this as soon as possible.
