Paying for nothing!

I have a Jet account and have never missed a payment for some reason this past few months my balance is at a standstill. I have tried to call the new customer service and no one answers even today and when I go to the branch I am told that the phone is occupied. I understand that there are changes within the company but how does it affect our current balances. This is utter nonsense I am also paying for Club Card but rarely receive the magazine and it has no benefit for me. Can someone please tell me which number to call so I can get better service to find out what the hell is going on with the account also to cancel the club card?
