paying according to YOUR statements

Im really not happy with how your sales consultant spoke to me Friday.she made it out as if I am very stupid.does she not know her salary comes from paying customers

I received an sms that said that you are going to hand me over I really don’t understand because I am only overdue R106.

Instead of only transfering R106 I normally wait for my second installment amount and pay them together ( not the first time I pay like this)

I told the lady that I pay how my statement said and I did not pay june because I did not receive a statement and when I look on the app it says r0 due

She goes on as if im laying and that I am very in arrears of my account.i did not want to argue with her further as she does not listen or give me even time to talk without interupting

I told her that I am going to pay R500 on the 25th of august.she says it wont be enough and my account will be in arrears still.

When I look on my app it shows R382.

Attached is all statements I have (only R106 ever due)

Summary of payments

March due – R298.61 paid R300

April –payment holiday corona as per your email

May due – R400 paid R1000

June due – R0 –paid R0

July due R106 –will be paid with august instalment

So please advise why my account is being handed over

im really mad that u suspended my account

i sent you the proof of payment fo r500 really jet it ws r100 overdue. i go by my statement so not sure wats going on

i am 100% sure other people with an overdue account with an larger amount is stil open
