Pay up or Pay up .

I have a Jet account that has been running over a year and i took out cellphone insurance with a handset i purchased at Jet last year. When the handset was ****** and i submitted my first claim i was charged the maximum ammount possible in for the excess . I was irked at this but payed without much fuss. The next month i recived a statement with an insurance premium that was almost triple (3x) the initial premium i used to pay . I asked for clarification and i was told it was just some fee for the first month after the claim , but i contiunued to be debited with this new triple premium. Months later i called Jet and tld them i wanted to pay and asked for an explanation to the massive hike in my insurance premium and they told me that the accounts department would get back to me and rectify any figures if need be. I never heard back from anyone but only recieved a text message that my account had been placed on record with the credit burea. Surely i am entitled to an explanation of what i am paying and why my premium has almost tripled. Or am i just supposed to shut up and pay no questions asked .

Good day .
