PATHETIC SERVICE WITH NO SOLUTIONS

It's pathetic that I even have to give them one star at all. I went to the store after i was sent a voucher. So taking off time from work. Standing in the que forever and then everything gets tilled up after I have shown the cashier the voucher only to be told that all that they can give is a 20% discount. Why waste a persons time especially in this COVID TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get the head office number all they give me is a ***. When i call there i get a Steven who tells me i need to speak to an area manager. He gives me a number *** where there is a recording the number i have dialled does not exits. What really irritates me is that they said they have had so many customers and STILLLLLLLLLL HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WHATSOEVERY ABOUT THE PROBLEM. It's can't be good for business to be sending customers away like that.
