Pathetic service, Rude, Unprofessional, Unhelpful Staff

This morning at 8.30am we went into Jet PMB, Church street, as the microwave we had purchased from there had stopped working, We were the 1st customers in the store as the store had just open. We approached the front end staff to ask whats is the procedure where we were directed to go to Ashnie Singh ,we were treated with extremely rudeness and in very unprofessional manner by her,not even a simple good morning. She continued whatever she was doing on the computer not even a acknowledging us as if she was doing us a favor. She rudely directed us the the store manager who helped us but also continued looking at the computer and doing what he needed to before assisting with our query. This is not the first time that this woman Ashnie Singh has been rude to us. whenever you walk into Jet Church Street you get a rude reception from Ashnie,is this the way she treats customers ,as if she is doing favours and not her job. Does she treat the workers this way as well.
