Pathetic service of the edon group

Absolutely disgusted with the edcon service.

For the sum of R58 I was constantly harassed by the call center. Despite making the said payment they continued to continuously call me at all odd hours of the day.

I made a purchase at Edgars. I was told that I had insufficient credit on my account so I paid the balance in cash. Edgars then charged the full price of the item on the jet account and took the cash that I paid. In essense robbing me.

Since that purchase I paid extra money towards the monthly installment but the balance of the account was reducing insignificantly. When I queried the account with the store thats is when we realize that I was charged extra and being charged interest on that amount.

Despite making edcon aware of this dispute the consultants at the call center continuously harass me, they infact owe me money.

I will never utilize their service again.
