Pathetic service - JET OUDTSHOORN

I went into Jet stores Oudtshoorn on Saturday 23.02.2018. I bought me a set of bra's when i got to the till the cashier asked me if im sure about the size but before handing it to me she scanned it, then i saw that the size is not right. I asked her if i can change it she said no exchanges on underwear which i am aware of !! Now my problem is i havent left the store yet and it was hanging on a wrong hanger as well, i asked for a manger the she said the manger isnt in today surely the must be someone in charge i left the store very angry and upset.
