Pathetic Service from Jet! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

I settled my account in December and I called your call centre and requested it to be closed, they told me that I should send an email requesting a cancellation, I sent it. Till today they still have not closed my account and they also charged me for a jetclub that I have signed up for. I went to the physical store many times and the last time I went there they connected me to the JetClub team, jet Club team said they were opening a ticket and I will be contacted within 7 days, 7 days has passed and NO ONE has contacted me. Now Im being called by your claims department harrasing me about my OWN money! I DONT OWE YOU! I cant be paying for an account that I requested to be closed when it was settled and I also want my refund back for the jetclub subscription. Your customer service is so pathetic, why do I have to struggle this much in closing my account and why did you put a subcription in my account without contacting me first?! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU ?! ARE YOU A ******* NOW???
