Pathetic Service from Jet at diepkloof square

I bought a phone January at the jet store and it was faulty,I then took it for repairs on the 2week of February and they advised me that they will call me back up to now ..I kept on going to check if it's not back yet and they told me it's still not back...I called several times to the speak to the manager in in charge and he promised to call me back after few days of which he did not keep his promise I then called him again today, he was not very helpful and so rude..I'm asking you guys to assist me with this matter because it's was overdue now since I have been waiting for my phone and I'm struggling since I don't have my own phone . I feel like their service is disgusting
