Pathetic service from jet

I bought a dress from jet and when i wanted to wear it a week later i noted 2 huge holes in the dress. Im not one too keep slips which is a bad thing, but when i asked them to check on their system as proof i bought the dress a week ago there was no sale of the dress showing. I was told to take my broken dress back as nothing can be done about it. Funny thing is its not showing on the system and i paid for the dress which means the staff behind the till messed something up or did something wrong. Now im sitting with a broken dress i havent even worn yet. Pathetic
