Pathetic service

I have been paying my account through lockdown and more than I am supposed to. Now I get a call and messages saying I am in arrears? Send in the proof of payments, 4 emails, no reply, no updated account just you are in arrears and need to make a payment immediately! Pathetic service from Jet and their new owners RCS!!
