Pathetic service at Jets

Having the absolute worse service at Jet store Harrismith, lost my begining of the year and for the past 4-5 months i have been going to the jet store here to get a replacement card. Every single time i am told to come next week to collect a card as they are waiting for the cards to come. I understand the company has been taken over but surely for a company this size they should get their act together, there are other customers also complaining and i was also told to go to another town to get a card.
