Pathetic service at Jet in Secunda mall

There was loadshedding in Secunda yesterday afternoon from 15h00. My husband and I was in the mall at around 16h45 and wanted to buy some things at Jet. Jet doesn't have a generator, so its security gate was down when we reached them (it wasn't fully down and you could still see through it). We decided to wait for the electricity to come back on so that we can finish our shopping. At 17h05 the power was back on. All the other shops that was closed re-opened their doors as the mall hours is until 18h00. We were a few people now in front of Jet and the employees inside saw us and was laughing and dancing, but they didn't open the doors. A lady knocked on the window and they were looking at her, but still they didn't open. Another lady rattled the security door, but still nothing. I called the shop's nr and they didn't pick up the phone. I then called Jet's head office. The lady there tried phoning them and they didn't pick up although they were standing next to the phone and she then called the manager, still no answer. She said she'll send the complaint to the regional manager and that they will contact me. We left at about 17h45 and Jet was still not re-opened. Jet is PATHETIC!!!
