Pathetic service and *********** staff

I recently purchased a duvet set at jetmart west street Durban ,2 weeks later I washed because I wanted to use it ,when it came out the wash it was totally faded like it was a 2year old duvet .I then went back to the store to ask them will they be able to refund or exchange it for another item as I did not use it and it's in such bad condition already ,the person assisting me said it is possible but I had to wait for them to reprint my receipt I waited in the store for more than an hour following 2 long ques just to get to the front of the que for the store manager to tell me he cannot exchange my item .PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! And *********** staff also such poor quality of items ??never will I shop there again.
