Pathetic service

On Monday I went to Jet mall of the south and their service were extremely poor, we were queueing with one cashier assisting us and the other lady started to complain after that's they started helping people, I paid my account and I wanted to query something and the cashier went at the back office to get someone to come and assist me, which I waited for more 15 minutes for that person and I ended up leaving, I was told that she is administrator I did not get her name but it's Z something, my point is we currently facing serious pandemic now so when you leave your house you tell yourself that you just want to buy and leave the store not to queue for unnecessary reason.
