Pathetic service

Just came out of the store in Belleville to pay retail account and was refused due to the branch being Under investigation,so the cashier advised. I was told I cannot pay an my account without the Physical card present regardless of the fact that I have my id document with me. I have never received any notification stating that going forward they will not be able to take payments using identification. I am ****ed and will be closing this account soon enough. You have no value for your customers at all.
