Pathetic Service.

Good Day

Please assist close this account with immediate effect. This is the 3rd request. 1. I visited the Sandton city mall store to close account on 31/01/2019, they asked me to pay R3,213.32 to close it. 2. On the 05/02/2019 I called the call centre since I noticed the request was not actioned, was advise to pay R53.03 service fee to close the account. 3. Now (10/07/2019) I paid R397.06 as per statement. The account is not closed to date. What does a person need to do to have this account closed, this is the most pathetic service I have ever received and will never recommend anyone to join JET.

Please consider this my last request and cancel this account that I DO NOT NEED.

I need these last 2 amounts refunded as it is Unfair!!!!
