Pathetic Service

I Had an over due account with Jet of which i settled and paid up, on the 20th November 2020, however 5 months later am still listed the has not been updated. i have sent numerous emails and tried to call multiply times, but i am getting no assisted i have sent disputes and i am not getting assisted. this has a server negative impact to my credit score. May i please get assisted is has been five months since i paid the account what else do need to do to get assistance.
