Pathetic Service

I went today to collect my Jet Card.. I give one lady my ID she walks aways with my ID and hands it to another lady at the cashier desk. The both of them speaking in vernacular and they both walk away one to attend to another customer and the other to make a call or something. No one seems to want to assist me or explain to me what the problem is. Apparently after I throw my toys out of the cot the first lady explains to me that they need an account number first and she needs to call head office. What is most appalling is that the manager was standing right there and he just seemed to ignore me and the situation and walk away,,, totally disgusted. The ladies who assisted me are Lerato, Betty and Mokgadi all of which did not greet nor even explain what's going.
