PATHETIC SERVICE

I am so fuming with the service I got from Jet Mart West Street and Stranger. I was looking for a built in Hob stove in West Street and I was advised that there is no stock and they not sure if they will receive it. So I asked them to call other stores for me.The guy called Jet Mart Stranger to confirm if they do have it in stock. Jet Stranger confirmed it. So we hired Uber for R1000.00 to Stanger only to find out they don't even sell built in stoves. All we got is SORRY MAM WE DIDNT KNOW YOU WANTED A HOB STOVE. I AM SO ANGRY FOR THE FACT THAT I HAD TO PAY THOUSAND RAND FOR IM SORRY. I HAVE NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE RECEIVED SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE AND I DONT EVEN THINK ILL EVER SET MY FOOT THERE.
