Pathetic service

I placed an online order, checkout done had to put in credit card details 4 to 5 times claimed to be processing but kept taking me to a blank screen instead of saying payment successful. Called the 0800 number spoke with Cindy sticks to the site is working perfectly fine SHE has no issues basically making me a ****, my credit card details was put in a few times. Got no notification and she said I am wel come to log a hellopeter. In this time if I don't get my order according to the sale price who is fitting this. Seeing the inconvenience on my side. I want my order and if it's processed a couple of times who's going to fit that. PATHETIC SERVICE HONESTLY
