Pathetic service

I am so irate by the Jet Mart in Midrand Boulders: the microwave it's faulty from it's defy product. The store didn't want to exchange or refund me . The store manager was rude her name is Lungi Ngani i cannot contain myself with the service I received from jet Mart was uncalled full I brought the microwave. I am at lock heads with them a upon an I bought the microwave On the 25 August 2017. I request that this matter be addressed. I brought proof refered me back which I have proof of payment thereof. I paid R799.00 I am apalled at the manner in which jet Mart storeice messes up our lives does not take any responsibilty and expects us to have bad service or product. They always expect us to pay : they want our money. So who is fooling who but jet Mart store ******* people their money
