Pathetic Administration at Jet

Jet does not have a proper administration structure, firstly just to mention the nightmare at the store to set up a simple debit order on your account. Besides that now that my statement installment due and the actual amount debited is 50% more. I have callled the ***twice and it cannot even confirm your account no. on voice assistance, therefore the call just hangs up with no other option. I then tried the Customer care on *** only to get a consultant that cannot understand my query that no answer , and insists to contact the other no. Requesting a manager to assist was futile, since i waited for around 30mins and then hung up... The Jet head office no. on google *** does not exist , how do you run such a big retail with no admin structure...
