PATETHIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I came into the store, paid up what was due on my account, I paid R800-00 extra on the account, shopped around for winter.. Went to the cashier by the name of Annah, she advised that my account is blocked , what I do not understand is that when it is time to buy, the system works, however, when a customer needs to buy the system blocks you! *laughing My ass OFF*!!! The manager Thabo is so *********** that he couldn't give me proper answers to my question. (That's sick!) Why is he the manager then? And to add on, they telling that ***** department blocks your card to protect you, hahaha, protect you from buying, but open to pay!!!! Hahahaha! That's a load of ******** these people really need a wake up call and

If the account is dormant (no frequent purchases made from 2012) the account will be blocked, once the balance is paid up the account will then be closed.
Please be advised your account is dormant and therefore will be closed once your current balance is paid.
However if he still wishes to have an account with Jet you can apply for a new account. We must extend our apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
