Parys store manager Emily refused to exchange.

Hi My name is Dineo on Sunday the 14the of January I went to Jet in Vaal mall to purchase school shoes for my 4 nieces and nephews and did not give slip to any of them since all of them are staying in different places. Now the the other one wants to exchange the shoes since the are small so I told my niece to go to Jet in Parys to request an exchange for the correct size.I even sent the store manager Emily the email to explain and gave my number for her to contact me in case she needs any information.The very rude store manager did not respond to my email and still returned the child for third time today home with the shoes that still have Jet tag on.I called the store requesting to talk to her she told the lady to tell me she went out.The child is suppose to start new school tomorrow with no proper shoes on because Emily, a whole store manager refused to help the child or at least call me with the store phone.
