Paid up letter

Good day

Please see trail of email below as I need assistance to lodge complaint for Jet Stores.I was referred by Clientele legal to this site and need urgent assistance. I need assistance and lodging a complaint about my Jet account which was paid by Life line Debt solutions, but now they are not giving me clearance certificate over a month ago,had been calling for paid up letter by myself as requested by them.I have not received any assistance from all Jet,Nimble,RCS group as I was taken from pillar to post in order to get paid up letter. They've stated that they need it for clearance but it was them who paid Jet.They state that they cannot use even the credit profile that shows account being settled.Im in need of the certificate as a matter of urgency as I am currently unemployed and looking for employment and a place to stay that wants the certificate which shows I am cleared.

Please see trail of emails sent to them and calls made to try and get paid up letter.
