PAID UP LETTER BY JET STORE

My name is Busisiwe Mtshali. I have an account with Jet Store which I struggled paying the past years and my account was handed over to the lawyers and I paid as per the request. I paid it up February this year and requested a paid up letter in March still to date I haven't been assisted. I am really frustrated now because I am thinking my account is accumulating interests which will be a challenge for me to pay since it is not my fault that I never received my paid up letter. I again sent an email around August and September to follow up on the matte still no responses.
